Dynamic measuring system and printing of the volume of the aggregates on the conveyor belt

The system consists of a continuous detection of instantaneous measurements of the height of the material transported by a conveyor belt and its speed. The sensor signals are processed in function of a series of magnitudes. They are displayed, stored and printed as follows:

• Total volume
• Daily Volume
• Flow
• Detection time
• Data stored

Its composed by some distance sensor placed on a conveyor belt, tape speed sensor, PLC, monitor and printer.
